About Mac Hotels Ltd

Mac Hotels Limited, operating for the past 25 years, is a Goa based hospitality company specialised in owning, operating and managing hotels, restaurants and resorts. Initially incorporated as Mac Hotels Private Limited in December 1990, the company was converted to a public limited company in July 2017. Its promoters Edwin E R Cotta & Edgar Maximiano Do Rosario Cotta have over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the hotels and restaurants segment. The Corporate Promoter Hotel Miramar Comfort Private Limited is also engaged in hospitality business. The company has entered into OYO Agreement with Alcott Town Planners Private Limited for providing services such as managing the day to day operations, maintenance & supervision of the property and food & beverage services.
