About Landmark Property Development Company Ltd

Landmark Property Development Company Limited (LPDCL) is an India-based company that provides real estate development and advisory and consultancy services. It was originally incorporated as Konark Minerals Limited (KML) in December 1976 and was made a wholly owned subsidiary of another company, OCL. In November 2007, through the Scheme of Arrangement, the real estate undertaking of OCL, with its assets and liabilities, was transferred to and vested in LPDCL. During 2016-17, the Company transferred its advances to Ansal Landmark Townships Private Limited to Ansal Landmark Karnal Township Private Limited, making it entitled to allotment of plots, flats in group housing/commercial property in the residential townships at Ghaziabad, Karnal.
