About Jamshri Realty Ltd

Jamshri Ranjitsinghji Spinning Weaving Mills, incorporated in 2007, is owned and managed by Chairman P R Damani. In 1993, the company went public, raising a total of Rs 10.52 crore (premium Rs 90) to fund its modernisation drive of Rs 28.02 crore. Today, it manufactures and exports cotton and blended yarn/fabric, dyes and chemicals and is involved in real estate activities with a marginal input.

The company is a recognised Export House, with 46% of its turnover coming from exports of cotton yarn and merchant exports. It has won the Synthetic Rayon Export Promotion Council award twice in the last decade (198990, 199091) and is ISO 9002 certified since 199899. Unfortunately, with the depletion of its networth, Jamshri Ranjitsinghji Spinning Weaving Mills has been referred to BIFR (Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction) for a rehabilitation package.
