About Jagsonpal Services Ltd

Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing is a public limited company, created in Feb. 91 and converted from private to public in Jul. 94. It was founded by Jagmohan Singh Kochhar and Kanwarpal Singh Kochhar, and it began its leasing and hire purchase activities in 1993. To further expand its services, the company released a public issue in Apr. 95, diversifying its financial services to include merchant banking, inter corporate deposits, project services and secretarial services. To further ensure the strength of their financial base, RBI granted Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing the certification of registration as Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1999.
