About Jackson Investments Ltd

Jackson Investments Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 on 25th August 1982 in the City of Kolkata West Bengal.The line of business at the time of Incorporation was that the Company is engaged in fund based activities i.e. engaged in trading of textile products vide fabric Grey and Finished Fabric Cotton Sarees Synthetic Dress materials advancing money in form of Inter Corporate Deposits to Corporate Entities and HNIs and making investments in Capital and Securities Market lease finance etc.The Company is continued to do the same sort of activities at present also and there is no deviation in the line of business of the Company however the Company is continue to add new line of businesses for the time being if the same deem beneficial to the Company. In recent past the Company has added Software Development Business in its kitties..
