About HP Adhesives Ltd

HP Adhesives Limited, formerly known as HP Adhesives Private Limited, is a public limited company that manufactures and sells a wide range of consumer adhesives and sealants such as PVC cPVC and uPVC solvent cement synthetic rubber adhesive PVA adhesives silicone sealant and acrylic sealant. HP Adhesives has a distribution network of 4 warehouses and over 750 distributors who cater to over 50000 dealers in India. In August 2019, the company issued 12,990,000 equity shares at par, then 11,776,42 equity shares at a premium of Rs 164.50 per share on rights basis and 57,305 equity shares at the same premium on rights basis. In December 2021 the company issued Rs 125.96 crore public issue (comprising a fresh issue of Rs 113.44 crore & an offer for sale of Rs 12.52 crore) at a price of Rs 274 per share including a premium of Rs 264 per share. These shares were listed on BSE & NSE on the 27th December 2021.
