About Gita Renewable Energy Ltd

Gita Renewable Energy Limited (GRE) is a solar power plant operations and maintenance provider that was incorporated in 2010 under the Companies Act 1956. In the year under review, the company sold properties, plant machinery and liabilities to a related party in a lump sum purchase, saving the remaining business of operation and maintenance of power generating units. The sale had no major adverse effect on the going concern of the Company. GRE has continued to provide customers with reliable energy solutions through its operation and maintenance services.
