About Foseco India Ltd

Foseco India Limited is a division of the Vesuvius Group plc. and specializes in providing new technologies for foundry and steel manufacturing processes. It is a leader in the supply of products and solutions used by the metallurgical industry to improve physical properties and performance of castings. It has two manufacturing sites located at Sanaswadi and Puducherry in India and exports products to the Middle East, Far East, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kenya, Ghana, Bangladesh, Singapore and Taiwan. It currently manufactures 400 different products for the metallurgical industry, and the company has undergone a major transformation in terms of product diversification and capacity expansion with a total installed capacity of 24,830 tonnes for metallurgical chemicals. As of December 2021, the paid up share capital of the Company was Rs. 63,864590, with promoter holding 74.98 percent of the equity share capital.
