Emerald Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited, incorporated in 1983 and licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), specializes in providing loans to credit-worthy Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) using a thorough vetting process. The Promoters of this Company have a vast knowledge of the creditworthiness of various clients. In addition, Emerald Leasing has entered numerous partnerships with Fintech platforms to provide small-ticket loans to merchants and individuals. Furthermore, the Company also syndicates big-ticket loans for various financial institutions and has created a subsidiary, Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited in March 2015.
