About Hasti Finance Ltd

Hasti Finance Limited provides an array of financial services in India with the primary focus of hire purchase finance for the auto sector. It was established in 1994 as a private limited company, and was later converted into a public limited company in 1995. The company primarily generates income from interest, hire purchase and financing of commercial and domestic vehicles as well as other related financing activities. Nonetheless, the rising entry of banks and financial institutions prove to be a hard challenge for Hasti Finance due to the ultracompetitive environment. Hasti Finance is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. To extend its range of services, the company acquired 100% stakes in Surana Computers & Software Ltd. in December of 2007, which also facilitates computer hardware and software development.
