About E-Land Apparel Ltd

Mudra Lifestyle Limited (MLL) was first incorporated as Bombay Fine Fabrics Private Limited on 31st March 1997. Later, it was converted into a public limited company on 2nd December 2005 and the name was changed to Mudra Lifestyle Limited. As part of the Mudra Group, the company consolidated the business of East Coast Polytex, Mudra Exports India, Mudra Impex, Picanova Fabrics Private Limited, Mudra Synthetics Private Limited and Venus Processors Private Limited. As a result, the company has 177 automatic looms producing 10.62 million meters of fabric and 700 sewing machines with a capacity of 3.15 million garments per year. With five facilities spread across Bhiwandi, Kalher, Sonale, Bangalore, Daman and Navi Mumbai, the company offers designer shirts and women's wear under its premium brand, Mudra. Moreover, the company entered the capital markets in February 2007 through its issue of 9,580,000 equity shares at Rs. 90 each.
