Yatish Securities Limited was incorporated on 13th January 1995, obtaining Certificate of Commencement of Business on 19th January 1995. Several business experts like N Satish Kumar Jain Anil Kumar Jain Rajesh Gupta Venugopal E N Muralidhara Rajendran S R Vinuta V Nayak were the first promoters of the company. Along with the Non Banking Finance Company approval from Reserve Bank of India on 9th May 1995, the company is also listed in Regional Stock Exchange of Bangalore, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and Madras Stock Exchange for providing liquidity to their Shareholders.
