About Digjam Ltd

Digjam Textiles Limited was established in 2015 as a wholly owned initiative of erstwhile Digjam Limited, in the business of trading in all kinds of textiles and manufacturing of high quality woolen/worsted fabrics. A Scheme of Amalgamation was sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Gujarat in February 2016 and became effective on March 17th 2016. The name of the Company was changed to Digjam Limited in March 2016. In April 2019, the Company went into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and on May 27 2020, the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad approved the Resolution Plan submitted by M/s Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited. As a result of this, the existing share capital of the Company, consisting of 87641621 equity shares of Rs. 10 each and 500000 preference shares of Rs. 100 each was reduced to Rs. 20000000, consisting of 2000000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. During the year 2020-21, the Company issued 18000000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each and 2700000 7 Nonconvertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each to Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited. As on March 31 2021, the total equity paidup share capital of the Company was 2000 Lakhs divided into 20000000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paidup and total preference paidup share capital of the Company was 2700 Lakh divided into 2700000 preference shares of Rs. 100 each fully paid up. Digjam Textiles Limited was established in 2015 as a subsidiary of erstwhile Digjam Limited. It is engaged in the business of trading in all kinds of textiles and manufacturing of woolen/worsted fabrics. This was followed by a Scheme of Amalgamation in February 2016 and the name of the company was changed to Digjam Limited in March of the same year. Further, in April 2019, the Company entered Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and a Resolution Plan submitted by M/s Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited was approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad in May 2020.
