About Chandni Machines Ltd

Chandni Machines Limited (CML) is a public limited company which engages in trading of engineering goods. It was originally incorporated as a Whollyowned subsidiary of Chandni Textiles Engineering Industries Limited (CTEIL). On 04th January 2018, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) sanctioned a Composite Scheme of Arrangement between CTEIL and CML. This Scheme became effective from 24th January 2018 and the appointed date was 1st July 2016. It resulted in CML being converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and 322,743 Equity Shares of 10 INR each were allotted to the shareholders of CTEIL in a share entitlement ratio of 1:5. Subsequently, an application was made for listing of CML's shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and it received in principle approval on 9th january 2019. Letter of relaxation from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) was received on 25th February 2019 with the final listing and trading approval given by BSE on 04th April 2019. The Equity Shares of CML were successfully listed on BSE from 05th April 2019. CML has established itself in the industry for its supplying of quality machines and equipments in sectors such as automobile, pharma, textile, metalworking, forging, fabrication, etc. The Group is a leader in providing both NC and CNC machines at affordable prices.
