Ashika Credit Capital is a public limited company founded in 1994 specialising in issue management, corporate restructuring and corporate finance services. It has also been authorised by the SEBI to act as a Category I Merchant Banker. With over 5 years experience in the field, the company has managed a total of 53 public/rights issue advisories and currently has 6 assignments in public issue/takeover matters. In order to provide additional services to their clients, the company is investing Rs 160 lakhs into one of the subsidiaries; Ashika Stock Broking Ltd in order for them to acquire membership of NSE and CSE. Ashika Credit Capital is not only catering to existing clients but are also actively advising Bharat Hydropower Corporation in Assam in setting up of a 100MW Power project.
