About Anand Projects Ltd

Anand Electric Supply Co. Ltd. (AESCO) was previously owned by Industrial Investment Trust Ltd (IITL). Now, IITL has completely divested its entire stake of 79.14% in AESCO to Mr. Hemant Panpalia. This divestment has enabled Mr. Panpalia to take control of AESCO and become its major shareholder. It marks a milestone for both IITL and Mr. Panpalia as IITL have been able to offload their major stake in AESCO while Mr. Panpalia is provided with a major opportunity to own and manage AESCO. This joint venture is sure to open up new horizons of possibilities for both companies.
