About Alfavision Overseas (India) Ltd

Alfavision Overseas Ltd. (originally Alfavision Securities and Finance) was founded in June 1994, and converted to a public limited company a few months later in September by V. P. Goyal and Suresh Mittal. It changed its name in October 1998 and began to trade export and import, as it does currently. Additionally, the company is engaged in many financial activities like leasing, hire-purchase, bill discounting limits, bridge loan arrangements, intercorporate deposits, investments, preparation of feasibility reports, and financial consultancy. In July 1995, the company launched a public issue to generate funds and support its expanding business of leasing heavy vehicles, machinery for cotton processing, pharmaceutical, soyabased and oilextraction industries, and distilleries.
