Prem Somani Financial Services Ltd is a listed company that was established in 1991. It is a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that operated with a license from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). However, the RBI cancelled the NBFC license of the Company on October 18th, 2018. The Company primarily conducted NBFC related activities. The cancellation of its license from the RBI primarily affected the functioning of the Company’s NBFC activities and hence the business model. The Company is now in the process of restructuring its business to continue operations in other forms that do not require the NBFC License from the RBI. The listed Company is committed to providing quality services to its customers and stakeholders.
