About Abhishek Integrations Ltd

Abhishek Integrations Ltd was established in 2002 as a proprietorship firm engaged in telecommunications and Cable works. The business was expanded to include electrical works done at railway platforms, LT/HT Substation in various locations, and Fire Fighting solutions systems over subsequent years. In 2017, the firm was registered as a company, taking over the activities and assets of Abhishek Associates. During 2017-21, the company worked on Airport Authority of India (AAI) projects and issued two Right Issues of 1,20,000 & 53,595 Equity Shares in 2019 & 2021 respectively. A bonus of 13,471,90 Equity Shares was allotted in March 2021. Additionally, the company's Initial Public Offer (IPO) was successfully completed in June 2021 where they issued 3,01,07,85 Equity Shares at Rs 50 per share.
