About Zodiac Ventures Ltd

Zodiac Ventures Ltd is a leading real estate development company based in Mumbai, India. The company was incorporated in 1981 as Growel Investment Ltd and has gone through a few name changes over the years. It specializes in the identification, acquisition and planning of construction projects. They primarily work on residential projects and follow a sales model for their end products. The company currently has one subsidiary, Zodiac Developers Pvt Ltd, and is constantly undertaking research prior to decisions about purchasing or selling their properties. In 2006, the company changed its name from Growel Investment Ltd to Money Masters Investment Ltd and in 2010, it was changed to its current name, Zodiac Ventures Ltd. The company holds four planned projects as well as an operational one in the western suburbs of Mumbai. This project occupies 111,934.83 sq ft and is a prototype of the company's sales model for their residential works.
