About VRL Logistics Ltd

VRL Logistics Ltd is one of the leading logistics service providers in India, specialising in goods, passenger and courier transport, and the largest in private bus operations. With 436 owned branches and 423 franchisees in goods transportation, and 56 owned branches and 515 franchisees in passenger transportation, the company has an extensive network and fleet of 2829 owned vehicles. VRL has a 40 year track record in providing reliable and cost-effective services with an emphasis on own fleet and inhouse IT infrastructure. In April 2015, the company completed a successful IPO, raising Rs.5707333 in equity and its stock is listed on both BSE and NSE. Recent capital expenditure and cost-saving measures have enabled the company to reduce its Net Debt from Rs 24501 lakhs to Rs 6277 lakhs in 2018. The Board of Directors also approved the buyback of its fully paid up Equity Shares for an aggregate amount of Rs 4140 lakhs on November 2017, with the Buyback process completing on January 2018.
