About Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited, founded in 1981 by Dr. S. Surendranath Reddy, is the largest integrated diagnostic chain in South India. It is engaged in providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic services including pathological investigations, basic and high-end radiology, nuclear medicine and related healthcare services. With over 95 diagnostic centres across 15 cities, it serves customers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. During Fiscal Year 2020, 13,071 0.001 series A Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares were converted into 1 fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each and the face value of the equity share was further subdivided to Re 1 each in March 2021. In May 2021, 56,647,736 bonus equity shares of Re 1 each were issued to shareholders. In September 2021, the company made a public issue of 3,568,806 equity shares at Re 531 per share enabling it to be listed on BSE and NSE. Thus, the company is providing reliable and affordable diagnostic services in a customer-centric manner.
