About Vascon Engineers Ltd

Vascon Engineers Ltd is an Indian company engaged in the business of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) services and Real Estate Development in multiple states in India. The EPC services that the company provides include constructing factories, hospitals, hospitality properties, office and residential complexes, shopping malls, IT parks, etc. It was incorporated in 1986 as a private limited company and five years later became a deemed public limited company. Over the years Vascon Engineers has completed an aggregate of 181 EPC contracts, with a total contract value of INR 8888.70 million by 2009. In 2010, the company witnessed an Initial Public Offering, following which its shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India, Limited. It acquired 11 subsidiaries, one after the other, till 2017, further adding to its portfolio. Additionally, it has launched residential and commercial projects in recent years. Indeed, Vascon Engineers Ltd is a trusted and leading engineering provider in India, successfully undertaking projects in areas of hospitality, construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
