Systematix Securities Limited is a financial services company based in India with operations dating back to March 17 1986, as Murari Consultancy Private Limited. The company was converted into a public limited with effect from December 21, 1994 and prides itself on its role in driving the growth and diversification of Indian financial markets since then. Starting with the introduction of regulatory bodies such as the SEBI and further advances since then such as the automated National Stock Exchange (NSE), NSDL and CSDL depositories and electronic-based delivery makes the organisation more investor-friendly, transparent and efficient.
