About Sybly Industries Ltd

Sybly Industries Ltd, formerly known as Sybly Spinning Mills, was established as a private limited company in May 1988. It became a public limited company in May 1995 and since then, it has been expanding its operations and continuing to make progress. Initially, the company began with the manufacture of mercerized cotton yarn with a capacity of 240 tonnes per annum, and commercial production started in Oct. 1989. Further expansions in 1991-1992 and 1995-1996 increased the installed capacity to a total of 6600 tonnes per annum. Additionally, in 1995 it came out with a public issue in order to finance a backward integration project; this enabled the company to manufacture cotton yarn for its own use. The latest development news is that the company is now looking to diversify into the production of polyester yarn.
