Shantai Industries Limited, formerly known as Wheel and Axle Textiles Limited was founded in 1985. In 2015, it was taken over by Sawlani Group. Since then, it has made remarkable progress in the fields of textiles, exports of synthetic textiles items and finished garments. The Sawlani Group presently hold 75% of the company's share capital and successfully completed the acquisition in the year 2016, in accordance with the SEBI takeover regulations.As a trendsetter in textiles, Shantai Industries Limited has made impressive growth in different sectors.
