About SBL Infratech Ltd

SBL Infratech Private Limited was established in August 2015 using the provisions of Companies Act 2013, registered with the Registrar of Companies in NCT of Delhi and Haryana. After Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 13 2020, it got converted to a Public Limited Company and was renamed SBL Infratech Limited. The main operations include Real Estate Brokerage, with success in launching and executing Shubh Niwas project in Neemrana Rajasthan in 2016 and Dayal Vihar project in 2017. Real Estate Development activities span all stages of planning, execution and sales of the projects. Furthermore, to increase quality design and construction, the company collaborates with architects and contractors. In 2020, the company's equity share was subdivided from Rs.10 per share to Rs.1 per share and consolidated 5976700 equity shares of Rs.1 into 597670 equity shares. Lastly, 168500 equity shares with face value of Rs. 1/ each were issued at a premium of Rs. 50/ each.
