About Reliable Ventures India Ltd

Lakeland Hotel Limited is a public limited company based in Bhopal, India which was initially incorporated as a private limited company on September 1st, 1992. It was promoted by Shri Sikandar Hafiz Khan and Shri Mohammed Hafiz Khan of the Reliable Group. In 1996, the company issued 6,500,000 equity shares worth Rs. 650 lacs, to build an Heritage Hotel with 60 rooms and 5 star facilities. By 1998-99, the hotel partially started operations and the total cost was estimated to be Rs. 2,400 lacs. During the 19992000 financial year, they registered a growth of 12.46%, with revenues increasing from Rs.205.11 lacs to Rs.230.67 lacs. Lakeland Hotel Limited aims to provide 5-star hospitality facilities across Bhopal while continuing to be a leader in their business.
