About Raghunath International Ltd

Raghunath International Ltd (RIL) is a manufacturing company that specializes in producing pan masalas, gutkha and mouth fresheners under the Sir brand name. It launched its initial public offering in 1995, raising Rs 2.45 crores to set up production facilities near Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. In addition, it also trades domestically and internationally through other products. In 2003, the company commenced its real estate development activities, after ban on pan masala, gutkha, and allied products impacted their business. To mitigate the loss, the company has taken steps to diversify its business operations into real estate.
