About PVP Ventures Ltd

PVP Ventures Limited, formerly known as SSI Limited, is a leading India-based company engaged in the development of urban infrastructure, after it was incorporated on January 1, 1994. Initially, the company was mainly focused on specialized area of RDBMS training development and consulting in India, while training thousands of students in the niche technology in 1995-1996. Over the years, they diversified their services and opened centers in major cities such as Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Thiruvanmiyur, Tambaram, Mylapore, Madurai, Trichy, Visakhapatnam, Sendecunderabad and Puzagutta; setting up offshore software development facility under the aegis of SSI Technologies and overseas education centers in Katmandu, Colombo, Malaysia and Hong Kong. They also established Indigo International INC, DC, and completed the process of 350000 sq ft ODC in Chennai. In 2003, the company demerged their education business, and in 2004 their IT servicing divisions was merged with Scandent Solution Corporation Ltd. Over the following years, PVP Venture Pvt Ltd amalgamated with the company and forayed into hospitality and entertainment businesses. In 2008-2009, they sold their investment in Cambridge Solutions Ltd, and disposed their hotel and entertainment segment.
