About Peninsula Land Ltd

Peninsula Land Limited (PLL), the real estate arm of the Ashok Piramal Group, was established in 1871 as a textile unit under the name of The Morarjee Goculdas Spinning Weaving Company Limited. Under its commercial and residential brands of Crossroads and Ashok, PLL is renowned for its concept-based architecture. Their notable projects include Ashok Towers, Bayside Mall, Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Technopark, Ashok Gardens, Peninsula Realty Fund, Peninsula Tech City and the upcoming Peninsula Life Centre and Peninsula Technology Park. In 2005, Piramal Holdings Limited and Morarjee Realties Limited merged to form Peninsula Land Limited. PLL has tied up with Leela Ventures to develop a seven-storey commercial project in Nagpur across 0.5 acres of land, with Essar Realty Holdings to lease and sell premises at its upcoming IT park in Mumbai, and with Cidco for the development of three Special Economic Zones in Goa.
