About Pashupati Cotspin Ltd

Pashupati Cotspin Limited, originally formed and registered as a Limited Liability Partnership in January 2013, was later converted to a Private Limited Company and renamed as Pashupati Cotspin Private Limited on July 3, 2017. Subsequently, the company was then converted to a Public Limited Company and renamed to this current name of Pashupati Cotspin Limited on July 18, 2017. Mr. Saurin Jagdish Parikh, Mr. Trivedi Tushar R, and Mr. Dakesh Jayantilal Patel are the company's promoters. Active in the business of processing raw cotton by way of ginning, spinning and delineating raw cotton, the company is now involved in a forward integration of the textile industry by manufacturing cotton yarn to keep up with the changes in fashion trends and initiatives from the Central and state governments.
