About Nidan Laboratories & Healthcare Ltd

Nidan Laboratories and Healthcare was originally established as a Proprietary Firm in 1994 by the promoter, Dr. Nitin Vithalrao Throve in the Northern District of Mumbai. In December 2000, the Company was registered as Abhi Diagnostic Imagings Private Limited and was converted to Nidan Laboratories and Healthcare Private Limited in 2021. Subsequently in May 2021, the Company was converted into a public limited company and renamed Nidan Laboratories and Healthcare Limited. Since its inception, it has expanded to 30 diagnostic centres within Mumbai and Pune and provides services to more than 1 million patients per year. All its centres are accredited by the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) and offer a comprehensive range of 740 routine and 3000 specialized pathology tests and 220 basic and 320 advanced radiology tests covering specialties and disciplines. It also introduced value-added services like home collection of specimens, house calls and various delivery or access modes like SMS, email, web and mobile portal for test reports. In 2019, Nidan won several awards for its brand strength and diagnostic service offerings such as Best Diagnostic Chain of India Award 2019. It expanded PAN India in 2020 by entering into Joint Ventures with Metropolis Healthcare Limited SRL Diagnostics etc. and intends to set up more centres using the Hub and Spoke Model.
