About Mohini Health & Hygiene Ltd

Mohini Health and Hygiene Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company known as Mohini Fibers Private Limited in 2009. The company was converted to a public limited company in 2015 and was listed in the Emerge Institutional Trading Platform on the National Stock Exchange of India. The company name was changed to Mohini Health and Hygiene Limited in 2017, and after the withdrawal letter from National Stock Exchange of India on the 11th of October 2017, the company was voluntarily delisted. Sarvapriya Bansal and Avnish Bansal are the promoters of the Company with Suehakar Bansal initially subscribing to the Memorandum of Association of the company. Avnish Bansal became the sole shareholder in 2013. The company is an ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 certified company and is engaged in the manufacture and export of absorbent cotton and medical consumable products, and was formerly known for dealing and processing of waste cotton yarns and textile fabric. Their facilities are located in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
