MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd is a leading infrastructure developer operating in India, that specializes in Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) Operate-Maintain-Transfer (OMT) and toll collection projects. It was incorporated in 2002 and has successfully completed 135 projects in 15 states across India, covering 3,376 lane kms. The company has recently entered into projects under HAM and has won 5 road projects. In 2015, it raised Rs. 324 crore via its initial public offering and raised Rs. 16179.57 lakh in March 2018 through a qualified institutional placement with the target base deal amount being Rs. 13500 lakh. It currently has 15 ongoing projects and has successfully completed 222 toll plazas and 1393 lanes.
