About Mazda Ltd

Mazda Ltd, established in 1990, began operations in 1992 and is engaged in manufacturing of Vacuum Pumps, Safety Valves, and Control Valves. In 200102 it expanded into the field of Biotechnology and set up a research laboratory. To further diversify its product portfolio, Mazda Ltd is establishing a manufacturing facility for engineering goods with an estimated capex of 150 lacs. In addition, it has also purchased premises which will become operational by April 2003. Mazda Ltd has entered into a strategic alliance with Croll Reynolds of the USA, and will build majority of its equipment, with Croll Reynolds concentrating on the marketing of their vacuum product globally. This alliance will see Mazda Ltd handle both designing and manufacturing of the equipment.
