About Laxmipati Engineering Works Ltd

Siddhi Vinayak Shipping Corporation Ltd (SSCL) is an arm of the Laxmipati Group of Companies, which is a leading business house in the textile industry and has diversified into the power sector. SSCL was incorporated in 2012 and has already achieved success with fabricating and erecting aluminum hulls for 7 boats. The Laxmipati Group has now signed an MOU with the government of Gujarat to develop a modern shipbuilding and repair yard for small to medium vessels. The facility will have state-of-the-art technology with machines such as CNC plasma cutting, a shiplift with 5500 ton capacity, hydraulics press, cold shearing, framing bending, steel processing machinery and 20T EOT. Furthermore, the shipyard will include a blasting shop and fabrication shop which is equipped with 20T EOT Cranes to achieve world class standards. SSCL have already set high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and intend to become the leader of the next generation through planned and executed investment.
