About Lahoti Overseas Ltd

Lahoti Overseas, incorporated in 1995, is a public limited company that provides merchants exporting services. Initially formed as a partnership firm, Lahoti Exports, which was established in 1990, exports cotton yarn to Middle East and Far East countries. To finance its acquisition, the company raised Rs. 500 lac through a public issue of 20 lac equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a 15% premium and was awarded the Gold Trophy by The Cotton Textile Export Promotion Council of Government of India for outstanding Export performance in Yarn in 1998-99. Lahoti owns a subsidiary, Goldstate Far East Ltd, in HongKong. An amount of HK$ 387,7240 has been invested in this company towards its share capital.
