About Kothari Products Ltd

Kothari Products Ltd (KPL) is the flagship company of Kothari Group, established in 1983 and engaged in the business of real estate and international trade. The company is famous for revolutionizing the concept of low priced pouch packaging of pan masala which contains areca nut, cardamom, katha, calcium and sandalwood. It manufactures and exports these products to markets in Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Middle East, Japan, Kenya, South Africa, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia and more. In March 1995, KPL went public with a premium of Rs.200/- to disinvest the promoters shareholding. Since then, the Company has kept introducing new products such as Parag Sada Pan Masala, PAN PARAG 100 Gutkha, Parag Zarda, PAN PARAG Mawa, PAN PARAG KHAINI and more. The Company has also acquired two subsidiaries namely Sukhdum Constructions and Developers Ltd Arti WebDevelopers pvt Ltd., and established Kothari Products Singapore Pvt. Ltd. in 2008. In 2021, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Adyashakti Realtors Ltd with KPL was approved by the Regional Director New Delhi and became effective from 7th December 2021.
