About Kesar India Ltd

Kesar India Limited, formerly Kesar Impex India Private Limited, was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 in 2003. It is part of the Kesar Group, providing a range of leisure and luxury family residential projects such as Kesar Signature, Kesar Vihar, Kesar 45, Kesar 29 and Kesar Garden. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, a Member of CREDAI, Indian Green Building Council and Builders Association of India. Through collaborations with international and domestic firms, financial institutions and civil contracts, the group is in charge of land identification and acquisition, designing, planning, project execution and customer marketing. The group will also continue to take advantage of the opportunities in the real estate sector, expanding its portfolio of plotted developments, houses, apartments, and commercial properties. It may also enter into project-specific joint ventures/partnerships for additional development. With a continuous effort to strengthen infrastructure and expand capabilities, the Kesar Group is well-positioned for projects in the future.
