About Kakatiya Textiles Ltd

Kakatiya Textiles Ltd is a cotton yarn spinning, yarn dyeing and cotton ginning business established in 1981 with a licensed capacity of 25000 Spindles. In the year 1992-1993 the capacity increased to 12480 Spindles, and then further to 13400 Nos. and 15360 Nos. in the year 1993-94 and 1994-95 respectively. In 2000-2001, the company started procuring cotton Kapas directly from the farmers, and one year later a ginning unit was set up in the existing premises. Since October 2002, the manufacturing facilities have been used for job conversion work of other textile units. In 2015-16, the present Promoters acquired 50.47% of the equity shares and 50.7% of the total voting power and fulfilled the applicable regulations as per SEBI Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations 2011.

For over 35 years Kakatiya Textiles (Ltd) has been providing high-quality products and services, having grown from an original capacity of 25000 spindles to 15360 spindles, additionally initiating a fully-automatic yarn dyeing plant, cotton ginning unit, Autoconer and Two For One Twister. Its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has enabled them to attract and undertake job work contracts with other textile units, and to boost the productivity of their own facilities. In 2015-16, the present promoters acquired 50.47% of the total Equity Share Capital and 50.70% of the total voting power, and followed regulations as per SEBI Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations 2011.
