About Jeevan Scientific Technology Ltd

Jeevan Softech is a Public Limited Company, founded on 5th January 2000. It primarily offers products development and training services to domestic and international markets. The company is expanding its operations with the opening of offices in USA and Singapore while expanding its Hyderabad Centre for offshore projects. In the year 2000-2001, the company had developed products for Edible Oil Industry, Engineering Industry, and Hospital Management, achieving software exports. Further, the company had entered into an agreement with the University of Madras to provide MCAM,ScMBA through distance education. During the same period, 15.2 million Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each were issued to the public, thereby raising the company's Share Capital to Rs. 6.04 crores.
