Adlabs Entertainment Ltd is an Integrated Entertainment Holiday Destination located off the Mumbai-Pune expressway at Khopoli.The all weather family entertainment destination, named IMAGICA, spread over 130 acres provides interesting experiences 365 days a year. The facilities include a theme park, water park, snow park, hotel and other activities such as retail, food and beverages. Imagica primarily hosts guests from Mumbai, Pune and other economically developed areas of India.
the company launched its Initial Public Offer (IPO) in 2015 and the proceeds was used to repay debt of Rs 2483 million. The company opened its Snow Park to public in April 2016, with a capacity of 3500-4000 guests per day. From the year ended 31 March 2016, 1.55 million guests visited Imagica Theme Park and Water Park combined, resulting in 46% growth. Adlabs Entertainment has identified 204 acres of surplus land and Hotel as their non-core assets and sale of these assets will help in reducing 30% of its outstanding debt. The board approved to sell 100 investments/shareholding of the company in Walkwater Properties Private Limited and 65 acres of surplus land for Rs 150 crore.
