About Hipolin Ltd

Hipolin was established in 1994 and is managed by its Chairman and Managing Director Bhupendra Shah. The company manufactures detergents, toothpastes and shaving creams and exports to Russia. In 1995 it made a public issue of 775,000 equity shares at a premium of Rs 40, adding up to a total of Rs 3.87 crore. During the 1995-1996 period, the company amalgamated Hipolin Products and Hipolin Surfactants with the firm, as well as the business of Ramit Traders and Fresh Laboratories. In the same year, the firm began generating electricity through wind farm technology. With exports totaling Rs 62.98 lakh in 1995-1996, Hipolin continues to expand and develop its array of products.
