About Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd

Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd. was established in 1989 with the purpose of manufacture, import, assemble, and market a wide range of medical equipment and disposables like Renal Care, Cardiovascular Disease, Respiratory Disease, Critical Care, and Radiology related products. It also handles maintenance and in running of dialysis centres. Further, Hemant Surgical signed distribution agreements with JMS Co. Ltd. Japan (for importing and marketing Meditape in India), SWS Hemodialysis Care Co. Ltd. China (for SWS4000A hemodialysis machines in West India), Hemant Philippines Inc. (for medical devices and consumables), and Zoncare Biomedical Electronics Co. Ltd. (for radiology and assembly of critical care products). With an aim to expand its business activities, the company is now planning to launch an initial public offer (IPO) to issue up to 2.76 million equity shares.
