About GTPL Hathway Ltd

GTPL Hathway Limited is one of India’s leading multisystem operators MSO, offering digital cable television and broadband services across 11 states. During the financial year ended 31st March 2017, the company went from a private to a public limited company and changed its name to GTPL Hathway Limited. It also undertook several strategic acquisitions and stepped up its technology capabilities during this period, upgrading its network to GPON technology and refreshing its operations and support systems. Through their Initial Public Offer IPO, the company raised 4848 million Indian rupees with 1.4958 times subscription, excluding anchor investors. During the financial year ended 31st March 2018, the company added over 1.42 million subscribers and 1.8 million set top boxes (STBs). It also secured two five-year contracts from the Government of Gujarat for providing broadband services to the tune of 482 million Indian rupees. Its latest projects include the launch of a mobile app 'GTPL Saathi' and a consumer app 'My GTPL’, both providing billing data, usage pattern, and payments with real-time integration with the subscriber management systems.
