About Groarc Industries India Ltd

Telesys Software Pvt. Ltd (TSL) was established in 1992 as a private limited company and was later converted into a public limited company in 1999. TSL provides software development and consultancy services and has two development centers in Chennai with a team of 50 professionals. The company had undertaken a public issue of 5 million equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash in 2000 to create funds for its expansion activities. The company is planning to enter into capital market with 13,225,350 equity shares of Rs 10 each on a preferential basis. TSL is focused on providing solutions for the industries including Hotels, Hospitals, Education Institutions and transport. It is also developing its own in-house products and solutions for banking, finance and internet applications. The telesysindia.com website is being developed for online consultation and manpower consultancy. The company is looking to acquire software companies on a swap basis to enhance its equity.
