It operates in three distinct industries, including Marine Fisheries Products, Scrap Products, and Dairy Products. In the beginning of the year, the company acquired a subsidiary, M/ s. VCR8 Media Private Ltd, but on 24th April 2018 it was decided to disinvest from the Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Thus, at the balance sheet date, Flora Corporation Ltd. did not own any subsidiaries. By evening out its investments and cutting ties with M/ s. VCR8 Media Private Ltd, Flora Corporation has shown it is dedicated to pursuing financial success and securing its position as a leading public limited company.
