About Gokak Textiles Ltd

Gokak Textiles Limited is an Indian company incorporated in 2006 which is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and knitwear. It manufactures products ranging from different yarns such as slub yarn, organic cotton, recycled yarn and special fibers to canvas fabrics and dyed yarn. Along with its core business activities, it also has six subsidiary companies, namely Forbes Company Limited, Forbes Doris Naess Maritime Limited, Forbes Technosys Limited, Volkart Fleming Shipping Services Limited, Eureka Forbes Ltd., and Forval International Services Ltd. Recently, in January 17 2012, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gokak Textiles, Gokak Power & Energy Ltd., was formed. Gokak Textiles continues to leverage its established networking, combined with its principle of vertical integration, to deliver innovative, high-quality products and services in the textile industry.
