About Jattashankar Industries Ltd

Jatta PolyYarn was established as a private limited company in 1988, focusing on twisting and texturising and commenced production in March 1989. The company was converted into a public limited company in 1993 and went public with their initial public offering in October the same year. In 1995-96, gross sales increased by 24.22% over the preceding year. With an aim to develop and maintain a quality product, the company has installed two additional texturising machines. Concurrently, the reduction in excise duty has allowed for increased profits and aided in the successful expansion of the business, both within the local market and outstation.
